Web Design & Development Projects

Payments for custom design and development projects are structured incrementally to accommodate our clients. Once a payment or deposit has been made, it is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all payments already received will be retained by eMax Hotel Marketing. Additionally, any fees incurred for work completed beyond the amount previously paid must be settled by the client.

eCommerce Projects

Payments related to eCommerce web development projects follow the same incremental payment structure as a convenience to clients. Deposits and payments made toward eCommerce projects are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed, eMax Hotel Marketing will retain all payments received up to that point. The client is also responsible for settling any additional charges for work performed beyond the previously paid amount.
